• "Services" refers to the babysitting services facilitated by the website.

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Will provide accurate and current information when registering or providing details for babysitting services.

• To use certain features of the website, users may need to register and create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

• Global Sitters acts solely as a platform to connect parents and babysitters.
• We do not employ babysitters nor do we have any involvement in the actual agreements between parents and babysitters. Global Sitters will collect the payment from the parents and pay for the babysitters.
• Users acknowledge that any agreement made between a parent and babysitter is solely between those parties, and Global Sitters is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues arising from these agreements.

• Global Sitters may offer services or features to verify the identity or background of users; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any verification process.
• Parents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when hiring a babysitter.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
• Use the website in a lawful and respectful manner.
• Not use the website to post any unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content, or any content that infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms.

• Parents and babysitters are responsible for agreeing upon payment terms directly.
• Global Sitters handles payments between parents and babysitters, adding a 40% commission to the payment.

• Global Sitters is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from interactions or agreements between parents and babysitters.
• We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of any babysitter or the accuracy of their profiles.
• The website and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied.

• All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Global Sitters or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the website's content without prior written permission.

1. Parties will mutually observe the necessary reasonableness when it comes to cancelling/termination the Babysitting Service.
2. The Parent can cancel a Babysitting Service... via ‘my booking’ > the booking > ‘CANCEL BOOKING’. Notifications outside the Platform do not qualify. Agreement ends immediately upon cancellation.
3. Depending on the time of cancellation:
   • a. Up to 24 hours before start: free of charge.
   • b. Less than 48 hours: €3,99 fee.
   • c. Between 24 and 3 hours: pay 1 hour’s rate.
   • d. Less than 3 hours: pay 2 hours’ rate.
4. During service, if ended early, parent pays for actual hours (minimum 2 hours).
5. Agreement ends by law after service is complete and babysitter is paid.
